Metroplex, Wacol

Metroplex, Wacol, comprises 920 m² of office space spread over two levels and 25,950 m² of warehouse space, featuring external car parking and a dock office. The project, contracted by Hutchinson Builders and undertaken in 2023-2024, involved drafting, fabrication, surface preparation and finishing, transport, and erection. The project required 539 tonnes of structural steel and falls under Project Category CC2 with a 5-star Greenstar rating, including weld testing.
